The ArchiveBench is made of locally produced FSC-certified oak and the pockets are made of hand-woven fabric consisting of 100% organic cotton. The metal stopper at the end of the bench is made of stainless steel. The bench is treated with white-pigmented oil, giving the bench a raw and bright Scandinavian look. The fabric pockets are available in two colors: Black and Olive.
The ArchiveBench is a bench with fabric pockets where you can store clothes that are used but not dirty, scarfs, gloves, magazines and other things that would otherwise make a mess. You can sit on the bench while putting on socks or shoes, which makes it applicable both in the bedroom, the hall or anywhere else you might think of.
The fabric pockets are stuck on round sticks that can be pushed to the side when opening a pocket. You can also move the loose round sticks in between the fixed round sticks that makes the seat. You do this if you want to fixate a pocket or if you want storage under the seat. A steel rod is mounted at the end of the bench. It acts as a stop for the pockets and gives the furniture extra stability.
