The shoe rack is the ideal choice for a narrow hall.

The simple and luxurious shoe rack is designed to fit into any Scandinavian home. Even in flats with narrow entrances, the shoe rack is ideal as it only protrudes 8 cm from the wall. In addition, the atypical shoe rack adds to your décor and the natural materials bring visual warmth to the room.

You can even assemble the modules to fit your particular wall. By putting together several modules in succession, you can get a very wide shoe rack and by putting the modules above each other you can get a narrow and tall shoe rack. The 90 cm module can hold 3 pairs of shoes while the 60 cm module can hold 2 pairs. The modules are made to fit together in succession. You can put together a 90 cm and a 60 cm module and get a 120 cm long shoe rack, with room for 5 pairs of shoes. The modules are designed to match our HangerStraps so they can hang over each other. The lists in ShoeRack have the same dimensions as in HangerStraps: D2 x H2.5 cm.

The shoe rack is made of untreated, solid, FSC-certified oak and leather. The natural materials will darken over time and get a nice patina. The leather is mounted on the oak list with brass screws and organic glue. The shoe rack is mounted with brass screws that are screwed all the way through the leather and oak.

The oak list acts as a spacer for the wall and ensures that your shoes do not touch the wall. However, we recommend that you do not put wet shoes directly into the shoe rack, as this may cause staining.

The shoe rack fits most shoes and high-heeled shoes. If you have wide shoes, the strap may be a little tight at first but the leather expands over time. The stand is not suitable for boots with high shanks, as the shanks will protrude far from the wall.

1. Start by marking up the wall where your holes should be. Use the shoe rack as a template by holding it up against the wall and inserting the screws or a pencil through the holes. Give the screws a light stroke with a hammer. Make sure to keep the shoe rack levelled and that the logo has the right side up, as you mark up the holes.
2. Drill the holes in the wall with a 5 mm drill bit.
3. Insert wall plugs in the holes. They should go all the way in and not stick out of the wall.
4. Hold the shoe rack up against the holes while you mount it with the screws with a hand screwdriver. You will get the best result if all the screws are turned with the notch horizontally.

For mounting you will need:
Spirit level
Hammer or pencil
Drill with 5 mm drill bit
Flathead screwdriver 5
